Hangzhou

Misty Dawn at the Su Causewway in SpringLocated on the northern bank of the Qiantang River on its lower reaches and the southern end of the Grand Canal, it is the capital and the political, economic, and cultural, and communications center of Zhejiang Province. It is also a well-known tourist, historical, and cultural city and one of the six ancient capitals in China as well. The enchanting West Lake, a time-honored culture, the Grand Canal, and the colorful folk customs and habits south of the Changjiang River make Hangzhou a unique tourist center.
