Covering an area of 6,516 square kilometers with a population of 4 million, Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu Province and the center for politics, economy and culture. It is a famous cultural metropolis and one of the seven famous capitals in ancient China. Historically, rulers of ten dynasties established their capitals here.

Nanjing is one of the tourist cities in China. Since ancient times, tourism has been fully developed along the banks of the Qinhuai River, especially in the area of the Confucian Temple. There are many scenic spots in Nanjing, such as Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, the Changjiang River Bridge, Xuanwu Lake, Mochou Lake, Xiaoling, the Imperial Palace, and the ancient city wall.
