On Dinghu Mountain in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, the gardens are 86 kilometers east of Guangzhou and 19 kilometers west of Zhaoqing.

Dinghu Mountain has remote forests full of ancient trees and boasts walerlalls and springs. The tree garden occupies an area of 1,133 hectares and has 1,843 species of wild plants and cultivates 673 kinds of plants. The gardens have built a rare plain garden, an azalea gaiden a rare plant appicualion garden and a bamboo grove. The flowers and grasses are luxuriant and constantly in full bloom. The gardens demonstrate primitive naural scenery and modern gardening.
